PAYMENT & BILLING CLAUSE:
Billing for initial setup ($50.00) and first month of hosting ($10.00) will be due upon sign up of template site. Payment will be expected via Paypal, Inc.  Billing for future services ($10.00) will be made monthly or yearly ($120.00) as chosen by client. Ina addition, yearly on the month of initial signup, domain renewal will be due ($10.00). STATEMENTS ARE DUE UPON RECEIPT. STATEMENTS OVERDUE 30 DAYS WILL RESULT IN DEACTIVATION OF WEBSITE. Site may be reactivated for the initial setup fee ($50.00) within 30 days and after statement rendered in full.

Curds & Whey Web Services is not in any way associated with Paypal, Inc. Clients will agree to the individual terms of Paypal, Inc. when using that service.

Curds & Whey Web Services is not in any way associated with Home and Garden Party, Ltd. All usage of the names, descriptions and other information are done without the consent of Home and Garden Party, Ltd.

HOME & GARDEN PARTY, LTD DOMAIN CLAUSE:
Curds & Whey Web Services encourages Home and Garden Party, Ltd. Designers to follow the rules set by that company. Home and Garden Party, Ltd. has guidelines set for their designers who own and operate their own website. These guidelines should be followed when signing up for the TeamHGP service. For example: Domain names should not include the words "home and garden party" or the letters "HGP." All guidelines can be found in the Help Area of the Home and Garden Party, Ltd. Designer website.

Curds & Whey Web Services reminds you that the Internet and other various networking communication mediums are not secure, unless explicitly specified as such, and may be subject to interception or loss. Curds & Whey Web Services makes no warranties of any kind, express, implied, or statutory concerning the data or information available through the network.

You agree that Curds & Whey Web Services shall have no liability for the services, data or information made available to the public, including any liability for any consequential, sequential, indirect, special or incidental damages regardless of the success or effectiveness of other remedies.

Note that any product, process, or technology in this document may be the subject of other intellectual property rights reserved by Curds & Whey Web Services or others, and may not be licensed hereunder. All content, development work, and domain names remain your property.

Curds & Whey Web Services reserves the right to terminate the account at any time for failure to abide by the terms of this agreement or by failure to pay any fees or charges when due. 

This agreement represents the complete agreement between Curds & Whey Web Services and you, and supersedes any other written or oral agreement. The terms of this agreement may only be changed in writing and any changes must be signed by both CURDS & WHEY WEB SERVICES and you to be considered effective.

INDECENCY CLAUSE:
Curds & Whey Web Services will only be used for lawful purposes. Transmission or solicitation of any material, which violates United State federal, State, or other laws which may apply in this jurisdiction or your local area, is prohibited. This includes material which is obscene, threatening, harassing, libelous, or in any way a violation of intellectual property laws.
